Our History

  • The O2 Commerce agency, formerly O2 Web, was founded in 2006 by Charles Guimont, who made the ambitious bet to create an agency that combines creativity and technological development. He focused his time and efforts on his first websites, while continuing his studies in computer engineering. The O2 Commerce agency was born and the very first office opened in Quebec city.

  • Thanks to its hard work, an always well-written code and a thirst for curiosity, the word-of-mouth began to take effect! The agency grew rapidly and steadily over the years. In 2014, O2 Commerce opened a second office in Montreal.

  • In 2016, O2 Commerce took the ecommerce turn to create even more innovative solutions and be at the center of its customer’s operations. At the same time, Simon Robillard joined the team as a partner and allowed O2 to leverage his expertise in marketing, partnership and business development.

  • In October 2024, O2 Commerce and the American agency ZaneRay, based in Montana, joined forces to create a leading digital commerce agency in North America. This strategic alliance combines O2’s proven technical expertise with ZaneRay’s renowned excellence in UX/UI design. Together, we are redefining the future of eCommerce by delivering increasingly innovative projects that meet the needs of forward-thinking, future-focused organizations.
